What firms ask us

When do I actually pay? +

Two things. Your monthly plan keeps your firm listed in the directory. Case fees are separate — charged only when you accept a case from your dashboard, after seeing the full documentation. Decline and there's no case fee. If a lead turns out to be invalid, we credit you within 7 days.

Is the lead really exclusive? +

Yes. The driver picks one firm — yours — and their case goes only to you. It's never broadcast, auctioned, or sold to whoever answers first. If you decline, the driver chooses another firm; your competitors never saw it while it was yours.

What arrives with each case? +

Accident type and timeline, scene photos, insurance interaction status, and an AI-generated incident summary — everything your intake call would have gathered, already organized. Most firms the evaluation starts where an intake call would have ended.

What's the difference between tiers? +

Position (Premier is always first, Standard above Basic), case types (Basic = auto; Standard adds motorcycle; Premier gets everything including truck), and depth of analytics. Every tier gets unlimited leads and the same complete case files.

Can I change or cancel my plan? +

Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at your next billing cycle. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual subscribers lock in their rate for 12 months — pricing may change as the platform grows.
